7 Days Classic Kenya Safari

Day 1:
On arrival at the airport you will be met by our safari director and your driver guide for safari briefing and there after depart for Amboseli National park arriving in time for lunch. After lunch you will have an afternoon game drive at 1600hrs until sunset. Amboseli National Park has vast herds of elephants, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes and impalas are the main attraction. Mt Kilimanjaro forms the backdrop of this game sanctuary and it is a sight to see and marvel at Amboseli.

Day 2:
You will have a full day in Amboseli National Park with an early morning game drive returning to the lodge for breakfast. You will have time at leisure until lunch. Later at 1600hrs you will have an afternoon game drive until late in the evening. There is an optional visit to the Maasai Village where you will interact with them and learn their cultures with dances.

Day 3:
You will depart at 0700hrs after breakfast for Lake Nakuru National Park, stopover at Lake Elementaita for lunch. Thereafter you will proceed for Lake Nakuru Park for afternoon game drive until sunset. Lake Nakuru National Park fame is anchored on its flamingo's and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floor of the Great Rift Valley. The sight of millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. Other notable important animals to see include the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. Lions, waterbuck, buffalo and baboons are all residents here.

Day 4:
You will have an early morning breakfast, and then depart at 0730hrs for Maasai Mara Game Reserve driving further through the Great Rift Valley to arrive in time for lunch at Camp in good time for lunch. You will have an evening game drive until sunset. Maasai Mara is an extension of Serengeti National park and a home of the annual 07th Wonder of the world; the wildebeest migration. There are abundance of animals in the park such as elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Mara is also the Maasai country and one is likely to see the Maasai moran herding their cattle.

Day 5:
You will have full day in Maasai Mara Game Reserve, with an option of doing an early morning game drive before breakfast at 0630hrs and an afternoon game drive at 1600hrs or depart for a full day game viewing with picnic lunch that will take you to the Mara River to see the hippos and the crocodiles. In the afternoon you can opt to visit a Maasai Boma (homestead) to reveal their outstanding culture and customs (at an extra cost). You can also opt to take a balloon safari early in the morning which will be followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush (at an extra cost).

Day 6:
After breakfast, you will depart for Lake Naivasha which is a resort lake and one of the Rift Valley lakes teaming with wildlife. You will arrive in time for lunch and a relaxing afternoon until 1600hrs when you will have a boat ride in the lake and a visit to Naivasha best kept Secret island; the crescent Island.

Meals and Overnight: Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort or Similar (FB)

Day 7:
After a leisurely breakfast, you will drive to Nairobi arriving in late afternoon for lunch (own arrangement) Later you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home or be dropped off at your pick up point.
